The weather is sweet and ultimate season has returned! After much
debating, Wednesdays have been renewed as our day of choice for playing,
as that is the day when the most people are available. (Sorry Tracie.
We still <3 you.)

So, come one, come all, invite friends, relatives, pets, and various
kitchen appliances to come out this Wednesday, May 30, 2007, starting at
5:30PM (6:00-6:30pm for those who can't make it earlier) at Tunney's

Ingredients:
3 oranges, sliced
2 lemons, sliced
1 apple, cored and sliced
4 peaches, pitted and sliced
¼ cup sugar
1 cup plus 2 tbsp orange juice
juice of 1 lemon
2 cinnamon sticks
1 ½ ounces orange-flavoured liqueur
2 ounces brandy (flavoured is okay)
4 bottles red wine
½ cup low-sodium, mildly carbonated mineral water

I remembered a wonderful lunch I had had with Shawn at Maxwell's on Elgin wherein I had the most delicious sweet potatoe and bacon soup. I wanted to try and replicate the experience.
